At TARNI EILEEN we value each one of our customers and take pride in the quality of each one of our garments, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide you with a store credit, provided the goods are:
Returned within 10 days of delivery.
In original condition, unworn, unwashed and still have the original tags attached.
Accompanied with proof of purchase, return authorisation (RA) number and a return form.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or offer returns on sale items. However refunds are offered for faulty merchandise under Australia laws.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively fill in the form on our Contact page and we will assist you with your return personally. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your RA number and the return details. Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you via email and process your exchange/store credit within 2 days and refund within 5 business days depending on your provider.
When returning goods, we recommend using a traceable service (e.g. Registered Australia Post) and keeping track of your parcel. TARNI EILEEN is not responsible or accountable for the loss or damage of garments during transit when being returned. You are also responsible for the cost of returning items.
We aim to provide our customers with goods of high quality and standard. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us at email@example.com with a description and photograph of the defect. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received defected, or a manufacturing fault. Goods that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered faulty.
TARNI EILEEN reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy criteria once we receive and assess your return.
